    Hello my special peeps. I do not think that I have mentioned this to you all, but I am now Ovo-Lacto- (meaning I still do dairy and eggs) Vegetarian. I have been meat free for going on 3 months now. And yet it is a pain in the ass process because it becomes overwhelming at times. I can no longer eat out because I have to be concerned about cooking utensils...how they are cooking my food... I eat cage free eggs that are vegetarian grained.....organic milk and dairy products. So I can no longer go to Waffle House and even ask for an omelette because the eggs and what not are not for me.

    It costs more to eat healthy then it is to eat wrong. Did you know that? It sure as shit does. Now I understand why we are so obese. Its cheaper for the big wigs to feed us shit then it is to feed us properly. I have if anything learned alot though. I am a Vegeterian You Tube Whore. who needs cookbooks when I can go online and get all kinds of cooking techniques and help and recipes. For example...

    Boca Meatless Grounds. OMGeeee....season this stuff up like ground beef for whatever you are cooking and it works like ground beef. I made sloppy joes and ended up with 1......It was a huge skillet, but my kid and his friends ate the whole pan. They Loved it! I also made chili and tacos. Im telling you. at 2.60 something for a bag that feeds a good family- vs. 2,00 and something a lb for ground beef....yeah do the math on that.

    And then there are the people that ask me.. "Do you feel any different?" I can only speak for me..and I do emphasize that.. For ME I do..I have more pep in my step. I sleep better. I am not constipated. I also have noticed my PH levels have changed for the better. * I have high acidic levels at times and being veg.-vegan has changed that dramatically*. I also have been taking prenatal vitamins to help as I am also anemic. It has everything I need. I feel and look so much better. My skin. hair.nails. teeth and gums. I am gonna be a knockout by next summer. recognize and buleeve that people!

    Hemp Protein Powder is my new BFF.... I do the quick version. 2 Tblsp to 1 oz. glass of Coconut Chocolate Milk. Stir it up real good to mix the powder or it will be clumpy in the bottom of your glass. It tastes good. not gritty...and its still chocolate goodness good.  Yep...To Veg or Not to Veg...it isnt a question anymore ... for me..it's my answer...
