Friday, February 08, 2008 It's Friday! I have alot on my mind- not worth sharing- so I will just keep quiet. Ooooooo but I do have something to say to BLITHER...the queen of cuteness and sophistication. Guess what I got in the mail from you? A Valentine Card! It's so beautiful and I am soooooooooooo touched that you thought to send it to me!Thank you thank you! Sera- can you please resend me that Veggi Chili recipe? I wanna make some this weekend. Here is one for you all from moi! Fibonacci Fudge: 5 cups of granulated sugar 13 oz. of evaporated milk 1 stick of butter 13 oz. of marshmallow fluff in the jar 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla 2 c of walnuts or pecans 2 large packages of semi sweet chocolate bits Combine first 5 Ingredients in a large pot. Stir over low heat until blended. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add last 3 ingredients until well blended. Pour into 2 butter sprayed 8x8 pans. Allow it to cool and cut into squares. You can cool in fridge if you want to make it a little stiff. But it makes 5 lbs. so I hope you share it. Put some in decorative bags or tin cans and mail them bitches out. Other Data- This guy Fibonacci was a great Mathmatician. Supossedly this fudge recipe is based according to the way he deciphered numbers into some sort of sequence. Riddle Me That. So...hug a senior citizen today. as this is how i aquired this recipe. Wishing you all a wonderful wonderful Weekend! |
